Dermatology Department
The Department of Dermatology is committed to providing comprehensive medical education, advanced clinical training, and pioneering research and top-tier patient care in the field of dermatology. Our team focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide spectrum of dermatological conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis skin cancer, sexually transmitted infections, leprosy and various cosmetic concerns.
Services
- Outpatient: We operate a routine outpatient department (OPD) from Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm, ensuring continuous care for our patients.
- Inpatient Services: We have separate wardrooms for male and female patients and an isolation ward to ensure privacy and comfort for our inpatients.
- Minor OT: Dermatology surgical (minor OT) procedures like Radiofrequency removal of warts, skin tags, moles etc., intralesional steroid injection for keloid and hypertrophic scars, cysts removal, and skin biopsies for diagnostic purposes are routinely performed on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
- Multidisciplinary Approach: Our department strives to enhance the quality of life for our patients, offering the latest in clinical advancements while fostering an environment of compassionate care.
